"The dentist and technicians are fantastic. Very personable, caring, and gentle. However! Payment may prove stressful. If you have Delta Dental, be prepared to pay 2-3x (or more) what you would pay elsewhere. If you are paying with Care Credit, although there are Care Credit signs everywhere, be prepared to be humiliated when your card is declined (for no discernible reason) then to spend lengthy time on the phone with a Care Credit customer service representative— who is equally mystified — only to find out that Care Credit cards must be manually entered. (This information will be conveyed in a falsely cheerful voice by the same person who humiliated you earlier.) If you are in tears by this point, yay! That’s a great emotional place to be for needles and fillings."
"Dr Chase was excellent. Efficient staff and pain-free crown. I really like this dental office. I've used it for check ups and cleanings as well. It is up to date with all the current tech. Makes life easy and a dental visit not so scary."
"I can’t say enough good things about Marin Dental Care and their entire staff. They are warm, informative, and always do an excellent job cleaning and examining my teeth. I came in this week for a cleaning after, admittedly, going way too long without one. They were very encouraging of me making it in after so long and even remembered personal details about my life from my last visit over 2 years ago! They answered all my questions and I look forward to coming back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Thank you everyone at Marin Dental Care for your excellent service."
