"Kim Bee did my hair in September, I thought the work on my hair was good but didn't walk away with what i wanted (i had a picture of the color). One week later (2 washes later), my hair was faded into a copper looking color. When i brought it up to her, requesting a complementary touch up, she said she would only charge me for the product. Normally i would think that's not bad, but to begin with i didn't even what i wanted and she knew that, she even told me "it's not as red as i wanted it but she thinks ill still like it", well i did like it... until the color i didn't ask for faded after a couple of washes. She was a sweet person but for someone trying to build clientele that was very poor service. I got my hair done how i wanted now and come to find out Kim didn't even use a permanent hair color in my hair. Kim put the color in my hair right in the sink after she rinsed it from the ambre, which i thought was odd because my old hair dresser would dry my hair before applying color... so definitely not recommending Kim Bee at this hair salon."
