"I was terrified to have a scaling, deep cleaning, antibiotics put in 2 teeth and I’m not sure exactly what else. It was an hour and a half appointment and although I was given injections for numbing it really wasn’t uncomfortable or any worse than a regular cleaning. The numbness wore off right away so I didn’t have to go home numb and I’ve had no pain or issues with the recovery. I’m very pleased with Rocklin Dentistry."

"I cannot recommend this dental practice in good conscience and felt obligated to write a review. I visited this location for a check-up and possible cleaning knowing full and well that this practice is known to recommend laser gum cleanings in excess of $600. Sure enough, after the Dr. finished his assessment he recommended a laser gum cleaning, which was not covered by insurance. I had a second opinion conducted by my PPO dentist to confirm my suspicion. I gladly accepted a free regular cleaning with my PPO's practice. I'm glad I practiced professional skepticism at this place, as I always do with HMO dentists."

"My experience with Rocklin Modern Dentistry has not been good. The Dentist seem to be fine, but the administration is absolutely terrible. My last experience with them was as follows: I was sent an email telling me to be there at 7:45. I arrived at 7:45 where I was met at the door and told to wait outside until 8:00. It was raining outside and my wife was dropping me off because she had another appointment to be at. I asked once again if I had to wait outside in the rain and was told "unfortunately yes". It appeared that they were having a staff meeting in the waiting area. When I finally got in the office 15 minutes later I was told my appointment was not until 8:00. I showed them the email telling me to be there at 7:45 and was told "oh well". In my opinion this is horrible customer service. I have had many other problems with the administration at this dental practice. I must say once again that the dentist seem fine, but the customer service is horrible. For these reasons if you are searching for a new dentist I would take caution before selecting this one."

I just had my wisdom and baby tooth removed on the 15th. The doctor did a beautiful job. I barely have any swelling and barely any discomfort. I can’t wait to further my dental health and have a new smile!!"

"I am receiving a crown and had some preparation work completed this afternoon. I just want to say how amazing Dr. Lin was with the work he performed! He was very aware of my needs but more importantly, he was so gentle that I couldn’t feel what he was doing. We were done in no time."
