"Was charged $100 when I was told day before haircut would be $85 for long hair. I repeatedly asked for pricing before booking the appointment. When inquiring about discrepancy told by staff not sure why I was misinformed. I would make sure to double check pricing even on day of receiving haircut. If I knew my haircut would be $100, I would have most likely opted out of receiving a haircut at this Salon."

"The owner of this salon is a scam artist. They ask for credit card information to “hold a reservation” but don’t disclose that they will charge you a CRAZY EXPENSIVE cancellation fee ($87.50!) if you cancel. Even if the cancellation is their fault for misrepresenting the salon location! I spoke to someone on the phone that specifically told me I would NOT be charged a cancellation fee, and then two days later I see a charge from this salon for nearly $100!! SO SHADY. What am I paying you for?? You did nothing but lie to me multiple times. Please do not support these fraudsters. They will charge your credit card without reason, after telling you they won’t. They don’t deserve your business!"

"Lotus is excellent at her craft. A few months ago I wanted to get my hair corrected after I received a cut from a different salon that wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Lotus asked me questions and inquired into what I wanted my hair to look like, how much shorter I wanted to go, what colors I was feeling. The end result was quite beautiful and I absolutely love the colors. I have to add that my hair doesn’t like holding on the color but the vivid colors that Lotus used really lasted longer than any other colors I’ve had in the past and the cut is growing out pretty nicely as well. Fast forward to now, I’m looking to get my hair prettied up as it grows out (since I tend to yo-yo between short and a little longer than shoulder length) and I’m looking forward to booking with Lotus again.
