Visited shop and Charlie took my number to call me because he was too busy to schedule an appt. at the time and gave me his card...no problem. After a few days, no call, so I called him. He was at home and was headed to the shop and stated he would call back once there to schedule an appt. Hours passed, I called once again and left voice message. It’s been over a week now with no response. I will NOT beg anyone to take my money! Very poor customer service! Karin B"
"I got a last minute haircut from Jessica about a week back. She squeezed me in last minute, was beyond friendly, and did a heck of a job to boot! Would highly recommend stopping in, especially if you need a clean up while on vacation or on the road."
"I was a walk-in on Monday, October 26th. I think the stylist's name was Charlie? He said he could accommodate me in 1/2 hour and was ready when I returned. This is seriously the best haircut I've ever had! He paid so much attention to detail and cut my hair according to texture, strength, cowlicks. I remember hearing about precision cuts awhile ago and this must be what they mean? On the days I don't shampoo, I simply run my fingers through my hair and it falls into place. I've NEVER had a cut do that before. He didn't try to sell me any product (thank you) but did give me some tips for upkeep. He's also a really fun, kind person and very personable. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Borrego."
