"I moved in here towards the end of February 2022 and it has been an awesome experience, in my opinion. Having Kim and Cassidy to get acquainted with in the office and they are both wonderful ladies. They are always courteous and friendly anytime you go in the office. Cassidy has since gotten a promotion and I hated to see her leave and they are now splitting Kim between two locations. When she’s away from PHJ it can be difficult to get ahold of someone in the office, especially for repairs. I watch for Kim’s vehicle to go report any issues whenever there is one, as it appears no one pays attention to any messages left and doesn’t answer the phone. I haven’t seen an apartment complex that is so quiet and efficient to do repairs quickly when reported. Sean is amazing at getting things taken care of. Would recommend living here to any one."
"We are moving out of PHJ after living here for a little over a year and a half. The value for Jackson is good, some quirks about the physical apartment but nothing major and any maintenance needs were met in a timely manner. I am writing a review to highlight how helpful Kim has been throughout our stay and especially during the moveout process. We were uncertain about our moveout dates and had a lot of logistics to deal with as far as moving to our new location in CA and Kim was always ready and willing to provide guidance and answer any questions we had about ending our lease. In my experience with apartments over the years, efficient management is just as important as the actual quality of the apartment, if not more. Ask for Kim if you are thinking of renting here!"
"I was very please when I came to get information about this property. Ms Anastasia was very friendly, informative, and welcoming. You can tell she loves her job and will do anything to help her future tenants. I’m looking forward to moving into the apartments."
