"I brought in a color from home, a specific shade of white I wanted as a base color with an iridescent glitter polish they had. She opened my polish then put it away and picked up a different polish from thier supply and proceeded to paint with that color, which was a cream color. I asked about my polish and she said yes, next... but she did not use it. Then I wanted her, use the uv light to dry the polish and she said it's only for gel and is $15 extra. That is a lie, the uv light will dry gel polish as well as regular, and glue, etc.. im angry they did not do what I asked and lied about something so trivial to make an extra $15."

Crypto Beginnings:

"I went in to get my 4 yr old daughters nail done. Walked in lady behind us. Was told hello and then next thing I know the tech that was laying on a chair by the door acknowledges the customer behind me and my daughter. I guess no time for a dad and his daughter to get birthday girls nails done for her party. Shame on you and only one person acknowledged us but overall never will I look or tell people there is a nail place around the corner fir my house. I get no one cares about my review go further into ramona for better service. Just sad."

"It was really bad service the woman who did my sisters nails was being very rude and the nails looked nothimg like how my sister wanted them the first picture is what she got and the second is what she wanted"

"Probably the worst nails I've ever gotten. I went an hour before closing, so she either rushed or doesn't know what she's doing. The surface is filed uneven, the shap is funky and the polish is globbed in places. I asked for refund, saying I'd rather go somewhere else to get them fixed, but all she could offer was to redo them. I won't use the same tech and won't go here again after this."
