"Appt. On Saturday January 13: Cassie did a pretty good job. She knew what product to use in my hair to make it not feel as heavy and did a good job with the cut. It needed more layering to give it the volume I wanted, but overall it looks pretty good. The atmosphere was poor. To my understanding, Cassie and another stylist are very close friends, and just wanted to talk the whole time. Friends working together is an awesome experience, but they need to stay professional and stay focused on their clients as well. I felt like I was not focused on at all. Cassie spent a good amount of time on the hair, but I did not feel like she was focused on me and this appointment. Not to mention there were about 4 or 5 kids there running around. I understand not being able to afford/find childcare however they should at least be sitting somewhere quietly, not bothering the stylists with clients."

"Haven salon is truly the best salon in town. The salon is so beautiful and inviting! Amber is the hair queen! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She not only cuts and colors my hair but she teaches me how to take care of my hair in between appointments so it's as healthy and it can be. I cannot recommend Haven Salon enough!"
