This place just refused to do my nails after 4 & 1/2 years simply because she says they're too long... mind you these are my natural nails that grew over time. DON'T SPEND WITH THEM. THEY'RE NOT ABOUT FAMILY OR LOYALTY! DON'T SUPPORT CHI OR HER WORKERS!!!"
"Cheap prices and nails look fine from far away, but when you really look at the quality of work - it’s bad. Asked for dip powder nails, got acrylic powder applied with a brush and liquid. Not only was it not what I asked for but it was applied and shaped horribly. Every nail has thick and thin sections and the color is uneven. Top coat wasn’t all the way to the edge. I also heard another woman complaining about her nails and the tech didn’t even offer to fix them. Parking is easy, They took me quickly and the customer service was fine. I won’t return though :/"
