"The woman who colored my hair burnt my scalp, even after I told her it was burning. She was angry the whole time I was there and was so rough that I've had a headache for 3 day's now. It used to be my favorite place but no matter who you get they all rush and you don't get what you pay for."
"The lady in the back left up against the wall is nice nasty. She pretended the whole time. Asking questions like she really care but just being nosey lol. You guys should turn your translator on and hear what they say. I got hater vibes right away. I could feel that she really didn’t want me in there, rough with my nails on purpose probably so I wouldn’t come back. I would have got up and walked out but I had an event to go to and my shop was booked. The work was rushed and not what I expected after hearing such good things about them. I guess for certain people. Never again."
