"I went to a new place with my cousin to get a fill. I am very picky about my nails so I was skeptical. My biggest concern when getting my nails done is a symmetrical shape. My nails are all different shapes even when I asked for the simplest nail shape, almond. The lady was super sloppy with the paint job and there are very clear streaks. I don’t think I will be coming back."

"THEY NAIL YOU ALRIGHT- at checkout !!! First time here, so I asked what they charged for a pedicure. Lady with short bob ( I assume owner) said “ $44, you want gel? “ I replied “Yes” Again she repeated “ $44, you want gel?” Once again I say “ Yes” She tells me pick a color and sit in any chair. I had Mimi, who did a FANTASTIC job. She did try to show me their menu and I told her I was getting the $44 pedicure. At checkout short bob lady rings me up and says “$62, you want tip” I correct her on the price and tell her I got the $44 organic pedi. She pulls the bait and switch and says “no you get gel” Well yeah we confirmed that no less than 2-3 times when I walked in and you told me $44. It’s then that she pulls out the same menu I got to glance at and in tiny writings at the bottom YOU ADD $18 for gel to her $44 pedicure she told me about. THIS CHICK IS NO DUMMY, wonder how many people get ripped off for this. So my ‘$44 pedicure-you want gel’ cost me $70 with tip. She apologizes and acts like it’s a misunderstanding ON MY PART, but she knows exactly what’s she doing. I wasn’t at the Hotel Del getting a pedicure, I was in good ole santee getting ripped off. NEVER AGAIN LADY !! But if you don’t mind paying an arm and a leg for your toes, see Mimi."

"My pedicure looked nice and the tech helped me choose a really good combo. There was confusion regarding my service, however; on the phone I requested mani pedi and when I said no to gel my tech thought I said no mani. When I clarified there was an air of me being an inconvenience to the staff, the look on one tech’s face was utter annoyance which gave me an uncomfortable feeling. I couldn’t wait to leave to be honest. The manicure resembles something I could have done myself at home. Massages were short, the massage with the pedi was more of a rub down with lotion and overall the experience was not very relaxing. Also, my cuticle got cut pretty bad which can give a nasty infection. My nails got smudged pretty bad which I chose to just touch up myself at home. I enjoyed the complimentary wine but that didn’t really make things worth it. Writing this review with a heavy heart as I do not enjoy giving negative feedback. I will refrain from returning."
