"I'm 52. I recently broke my tibia and fibula in an adventure motorcycle mishap. I thought that I was recovering well on my own but my doctor Michael Tompkins recommended that I try physical therapy with TOC. After the first session I realized that I wasn't doing nearly enough to recoup my flexibility and muscle strength. The TOC physical therapists are kind and attentive, and will guide you through some challenging exercises, all with the goal of seeing you overcome the challenges of a painful setback. You will be pushed to accomplish that goal- but only as hard as you're comfortable with.
