"Multiple issues with this place 1) sub-par dental abilities, yet boasts that he is capable of performing all I had a few root canal treatments done here, and they all failed after two years. Dr. Q claims he can do all the special procedures but in actually he has no right to make these claims beyond general dentistry. Even the general dentistry skill is questionable. He said he was 99.9% confident that he would be able to do the root canal treatments. I received evaluations from other endodontists and general dentists after his treatment failed barely two years after his treatment. They claimed that Dr. Q's procedure was insufficient and that the abscesses were improperly cleaned. The endodontist charged me less than how much Dr. Q ( general dentist) charged. Also, you will get a water splash all over your face when you get a dental cleaning. 2) Asking patients to hold the dental equipment They didn't have enough staff, so I was requested to hold the x-ray equipment and the suction hose. I believe it is inappropriate to expect patients to do that. Is it even legal? I've been coming here for about two years, and after switching dentists, I learned that Dr. Q overcharged the insurance and provided subpar care. He also advised me to defraud the insurance company in order to reduce the cost. In fact, he overcharged a lot of the procedures, causing my insurance coverage to be reduced for the year. Be careful with this place. "I have been with Dr. Q for almost 4 years now. I have done many dental procedures with him in the past including dental cleaning, cavities fillings, root canal and implants. He is very nice, honest and gentle. He always makes sure I feel comfortable during dental treatments. I like that he always listens to my concerns and explains all the dental conditions very clearly with pictures and X rays to make sure I understand them. I would highly recommend Dr. Q!"
