"I will be perfectly frank. I hope this 4 star can get to the top. People get so caught up on a doctor’s office looking like Disneyland. For some kids that might be a top priority. If that’s you, then stop reading. But if it’s not the top thing on your list then Dr. Sosa is the best doctor we have ever had. We’ve lived in the Bay Area, Omaha, and Rhode Island. She’s the best. Easy. She is quick and her office is efficient. Her office is classic in style and I think is the best for kids. She takes them in, I don’t go back with them (sorry if this is scary for you). She handles business and my kids are all smiles. Ha. Pun. Seriously Sosa is the best. So why the 5 stars? Because people are gonna knock the aesthetics. I know this is a big deal for people. So here is my review to give an honest opinion on why that doesn’t matter"

"RUN !!! I repeat run fast away from this place!!! I see why it was so empty with no patients this dentist deserves 0 bussiness specially working with CHILDREN!!! Rosanne , not only is she a racist but a psycho .. first there’s a bell in the front desk .. w nobody there my little brother rings the bell she comes and snatches the bell and tells him to not ring it … second my brother and I were transalting for my mother who doesn’t speak English she mentioned In 6 months to call follow up and schedule appt . So we I translated that we would call back in 6 months and she yelled at me in the most horrible way she scared me saying “ NO NOT YOU!! Pointing her finger and saying my mom but obviously I help her translate.. this was such a horrible experience I can’t believe she works with children"

"Worst experience! The office staff is horrible. They don’t process paperwork. They don’t send bills to the insurance companies. Then months later they try to fabricate new pre-authorization forms and back billing the insurance. When they do send the paperwork to the insurance, they filled it out all wrong and submitted it in the wrong names. They don’t answer phones or return phone calls or emails. Then once the boat has sailed to file in a timely manner with the insurance and they can’t collect any longer, they send you to collections. I tried to call with the insurance company on the three-way call so we can all be on the same page to get everything settled but they refuse to even let you talk and hang up on you. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Response to Dr. Sosa: Had your office staff done their job, you would have been paid - I had insurance to cover it, but if your staff can't submit the paperwork on time and correct, the insurance can't pay the bill. You knew that it would fall back on me, so you and your staff didn't care. I spoke to your office staff several times. Left voicemails and sent emails without response. Where is your ownership in all of this? I could have easily paid the bill, but it is the principal of the matter. You and your office staff FAILED - YOU should be responsible for it! Today, I called your office on a three-way call with a supervisor of the insurance company. Your staff was super rude. They wouldn't allow me to speak, continued to speak over me, refused to answer any questions and hung up on me. The insurance company called backed and they did the same thing to them. Who really does business like that? I would be embarrassed if I were you. It shows that you and your office staff don't care about their customers."

"Dr. Sosa is the best dentist ever! My daughter went to her for 12 years and now my son goes to her. My 2 year old son also has Autism and he does great with her. She is a very honest dentist and so patient with the children!"

"Dr. Sosa has been my kids dentist for several years. She is friendly, professional, quick and has given them fantastic care. Her office is nice and her staff is always friendly."
