The Dental Express RB/Poway - Dentist in Rancho Bernardo, CA

"I ran into a serious issue after 56 years of no dental issues, while I had covid. Dr. Casey and his staff were the best! I had hesitations as I have severe anxiety and I had oral surgery by someone different that I'm still having pain with. Dr. Casey was so gentle, his hygienist so very kind. I felt foolish afterward for crying and the nerves. Any fear I had was elevated. Ty so much Dr. Casey and staff for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Casey and the Poway location is convenient and easier to get an appointment. The only drawback is the Poway location is only open Tuesday and Wednesday. Their other locations however have more hours of operation. Personally, I love this office!"

"Not sure if so called (Dr) Casey has a clue what he is doing!!! The crown and some other treatments that I got there are horrible. So much complications/pain and he has no recommendations as how to help. Even simple procedures become a big issue with him. Don't waste your time and money in any of his Dental Express locations. No wonder why they are closing this location. Hope same happens to the others. Horrible!!!"

"If you see dr Casey he’s going to cut up your face. He cut my tongue so bad I couldn’t eat for weeks. I hears his assistant telling him he was doing it and sparks were flying. I also saw blood on the wall. I assume that assistant is no longer there because of that. This is California. There are safer places to receive care."

"My fiancée and I have both been overcharged and billed for things we didn't agree to. We were told by the hygienist that our insurance would cover various additional cleanings that they said we both needed. We both paid our co-pay and anything else that insurance wouldn't cover at the end of the visit, but were then hit up for more money weeks and months later. This has happened enough times that we finally decided to leave. If you choose to go here, make sure you ask them to review all charges with you so you don't have a fast one pulled down the road"

I’ve been putting off the dentist for 4 years and finally went for a wisdom tooth extraction and he answered all my questions, not once got annoyed with me, and got my tooth out in under a minute. I encourage anyone with a fear of the dentist to see Dr. Casey, you won’t regret it:)"
