"I was there for 2 hours and got done nothing. They took X-ray only. The ladies assistant was very unprofessional. The doctor said she was coming back and then sent the rude lady. Never coming back here horrible experience."

"They will seat you on chair for a long time before they take you inside, and Ben after a long wait still more wait while waiting for doctors. Being super patient is important to come to dental express."

"So I would give this place a three star rating one being the dentist are really friendly and really take care of you. Where they lose two stars is I feel they are really money hungry. So my dentist stated that I should get rid of my last wisdom teeth even though it grew in right but whatever sure let’s do that. I than get to the front desk where they tell me that I need to also get another room taken out even though my dentist never said anything of the sort and I need some type of synthetic bone to insert in my gum after the extractions, okay great well not great because of course it’s not covered by my insurance and it’s 500$ per tooth so 1,000$ yeah am good luv. The thing is though they tried getting me to get that the last time I got a tooth pulled saying I have to get it, but thankfully their was a dentist their that did the extraction without it but this time I could not seems like they’re more concerned with making money than helping their patients like why do you get to make a call about my own mouth."

"Awful experience and extremely rude staff. First and foremost, they scheduled me for an appointment 6 months out because they told me I needed another cleaning at that time. They didn’t have anything within that 6 month period and scheduled me 8 months out. Oddly enough; they have a billboard advertising that walk in’s are welcome. When I get to my scheduled appointment 8 months out they tell me my insurance won’t cover it because they cover once a year cleanings. In my initial appointment they informed me they would reach out to my insurance for approval. However, they did not. When I confronted the staff they were extremely rude and blamed me for not “making sure my insurance had approved the cleaning”. Will not be returning to this awful facility."

"The worse place ever. They are very unprofessional. Cancelled my appointments two times without calling me or a heads up. One time I was on my way and second time I was already there. Pushed my appointment to an hour later without telling me. I live really far and I don’t go to appointments this far but they were taking new patients and allow walk ins. I was stuck in traffic and I was barely late 10 minutes. I don’t recommend them unless you want your time wasted. I never had a good experience even with scheduling because they didn’t tell me till last minute that my insurance wasn’t covering it."
