"Dr Hema has a very warm and easily trusted personality. Personally I liked her and her male receptionist. I had an appointment today at 9 am for a filling piece that broke off and no pain. She told me it wasn't a broken filling but rather a chipped tooth on my back molar. She took x-rays of the tooth. She then looked at it and told me that I needed to have the old, solid and painless filling that was there drilled out, an impression taken to have a crown overlay made in a lab and then later put in place of where the old filling and the small piece that broke off, was. She also told me that there was a 50% chance whenever she works on any tooth, doing any procedure that it might result in needed a root canal. I thanked her for her time, paid the $107 due. The estimate for the work needed was $1,350 for a porcelain molar overlay but she recommended that I get gold. and they were going to have to get thatThey would send me the price quote from the lab for gold, when they get it. Dr Steve and Bridget Hurst are my regular dentists but I went to Dr Hema since my original appointment at Dr Hurst's was a week away and didnt want to wait. I called to see if anyone had cancelled at Dr Hurst's, and was able to go in today at 2:00. I saw Dr Bridget Hurst. She confirmed that this was a broken filling and not a craked tooth. She fixed the filling in a few minutes. No numbing medication was needed. I paid $101 and was very happy with my experience with Dr. Bridget Hursts service. Because I like Dr Hema's personality, I went back to her office and spoke with her personally. I told her that she was wrong about the problem and the solution and that my review would not be pleasant. I gave her an opportunity to refund my $107 for the bad advise that would have caused me unnecessary pain and expense and she preferred that I post my experience online. So here it is. I wont be going back. I don't trust her."

"Went to Dr. Hema and staff for my wisdom teeth. I had two different appointments. The first appointment Dr. Hema explained in full detail what needed to be done to get me out of pain. The second appointment the procedure was done Dr. Hema made sure I was completely numb before she and Otis started the procedure this Doctor has a very gentle touch I felt ALMOST nothing and was talked threw the entire procedure what to expect. I herd most of what she was saying but got sidetracked with watching Netflix before I knew it I was all done. The next day I got a call from the office asking if I was ok. The entire staff was amazing and professional. This place get all my bisiness. Thanks."

She is very professional & has a very "un-rushed" manner. Her office is immaculate and her staff well-organized, efficient, & helpful. "Dr. Hema not only does excellent work but she is kind, sincere, and honest. I was a client for years until my insurance changed and I made the mistake of trying another dentist that was now covered by my insurance. The experience sent me running back ( I literally drove straight to her office after my appointment with the new dentist). I will now keep coming back even if my insurance does not cover it. Her prices are reasonable and she stands by her work. If you have had a bad experience with a dentist you have to call her!"
