Pretty Brow Threading

"HORRIBLE service. My sister went in and in detail told the lady what she wanted and how told her to only take off the front under her eyebrow and leave the tail and let her look cus she's trying to grow her Eyebrows but keep them clean anyways the lady acted like she knew what she was saying saying "ok ok ok" so you assume okay she knows wat I'm saying she did her whole Eyebrows without letting my sister look and did the complete opposite of what she had asked took her Eyebrows almost completely off.my sister left crying and we will not be returning she obviously must not understand English and that's fine just let people know that cus we thought she understood what we were asking and when we told her she kind of responded like ok yeah i know what im doing , lol obviously not she lost good business cus we would all go there but no longer will be."
