"I filed a claim with The Doctors Company against Dr. Manish Shah, DR0043479, 101 University Blvd #220, Denver, CO 80206, but their so-called thorough investigation was cursory at best and did not include viewing the permanent CO2 laser peel burn injury by Dr. Manish Shah.
