"I had the most relaxing time getting a pedicure today. Marc didn’t try to make small talk he just did his job and I appreciate that. I was able to enjoy the chair massage and the pedicure. Marc paid attention to detail when it came to painting my nails and he did an amazing job massaging my legs and feet. The prices at First Impressions are reasonable and it doesn’t have a strong nail product smell like other salons in the area."

"The shape is perfect he took his time on perfecting that ,but the way the older gentleman painted them was pretty bad. There’s bubbles and part of my nails aren’t painted. He didn’t take his time to clean them up."

"This was the absolute worst nail experience I have ever had. I can’t believe how horrible and they acted as if it were a good job. I asked for coffin or stiletto shaped and got pretty much a different shape on each nail none were stiletto or coffin.. and they did not completely cover my nail with the dip powder. I had visible lumps on the nail and when I tried telling the guy he just brushed my hand as if it were nothing. All they offered for the bad service was a discount. When I got in my Lyft the driver looked and said oh no you shouldn’t have had to pay for that at all. That’s a poor job…all I could do was agree."

"Horrible hair stylist charged $55 for this!!! My dad went into the nail salon since they have hairstylist there renting booths (which is weird first of all). He works in the mall so it was convenient. It was the Latina lady that did his hair. She wouldn’t even show him with the mirror and said because of his skin that’s why it was so stained. Which is a lie because he has gone to Fantastic Sams and they’ve done it perfectly (the top of his head I understand but not the sides) Also I am a previously licensed cosmetologist so idk what kind of hair color she used or if she was just bad but BEWARE!!!! As soon as he came home I had to scrub his head with vinegar, dish soap, and just plain water to get rid of the staining for like 20 mins and it’s still not all gone. I hope this NAIL salon is even licensed to rent booths."
