"I asked for dip powder and then it was covered with (black gel). The girl at the front tried to shape them for me before I left and gave me a $5 off for next time. I had an appointment so I left, but had to come back because less than 2 hours most of the black colored nails had lifted and or chipped. They filed off and redid the black dip and by that night one of the nails already chipped off. I was refunded half the money when I called to let them know what happened. The only way to get a full refund is to go back and soak off all the my nails color in acetone. I took half the refund because I was headed to a wedding and my fingers are sore from all the filing and refiling on my real nails not acrylic."

"My first time here. I went in early hoping to find a spot available with one of the nail techs I had read on. He was their at the time and was gonna have a busy schedule so I didn't mind waiting for an opening. He later arrived and waiting for his scheduled appointment but didnt show so took me in. For my luck she arrived as soon as i sat down but he found a way for somebody else to continue with me. Tina then took over and although I thought I wasn't gonna like it, it turns out I did. Note to self, make appointment next time cuz this place gets busy!"
