"Google map shows that store closes at 6 I arrived to the store at 5:20 and they were 3 different people having a conversation in their chairs. I called the store at 5:22 asking if they were open and they told me the closes at 6 But they don't take more customers at this time. It doesn't take more than 30 minutes to cut my hair but they rather continue their conversation and ignoring me at the front door. I have a really tight work schedule ad I was trying to get a haircut for the weekend. I'll be taking my business somewhere else"

"I can't believe how incredibly unprofessional and rude the stylist Mary has been, there are two separate incidences with her, for those reasons I will not be returning I refuse to give them my money and I do not recommend anyone going to this establishment! First incident I called the salon directly and made an appointment with Mary to cut my sons hair. We get there on time day of appointment and Mary has someone in her chair which is completely fine but once she's done she takes another customer. I then let them know that we have an appointment. She apologized but she had double booked herself and If we'd like to wait. So we waited about an hour. she did Apologize and let me know that she felt really bad because we had waited over an hour. She then gave me her card and said to text her directly to her cell phone that way it's easier on her and that doesn't happen again. A month later, it does happen again! I text her like she told me to do a few days prior and I make the appointment through text. We get there the day of appointment on time of course and shes barley starting to dye someone's hair at exactly 1 o'clock the time of our appointment. So I asked Mary are you going to be able to cut my sons hair? And she responds no if I can go with someone else. How unprofessional and rude is that!? To do that twice to us is absolutely unbelievable! You should treat all your clients with respect and when your client makes an appointment with you you should always honor that appointment! Very unprofessional of you Mary! If you want to get your haircut make sure to go somewhere where they respect their clients this place they do not respect their clients at all! Find another salon! Or you'll be disappointed just like we were!"
