"Very disappointed in hair by Lacee. This is the second time that Laciey has canceled the day before my birthday trip and now just last week when I was going on vacation she confirmed the day before sent me a text at 7:30am in the morning while I was on my way to the shop Stating that she had to take her child to the hospital understandable. I asked her if she could send my deposit back so I could hurry up and book with another braider due to my plane leaving later that night here we are week later and I still haven’t received my deposit. I also reached out to the owner still no response , if you want your hair done in a timely manner, please Do not book with Hairbylacee."

"Horrible experience with STYLIST LAICEY(hairbylace) i booked my appointment 8/17 here we are the night before my appointment and LAICEY texts me and asks me if I’m still coming in ? I replied yes she never responded to say ok or anything I thought that was already weird but im like ok . here we are the morning of my appointment and she sends me a text saying she would be a hour behind but of course I get it life happens so I said ok that’s fine . So I’m on my way to the shop at the time she tells me to be there as I’m driving there she sends me another BOGUS text stating her car got towed and if I can come in at 8 am the next day . So now I’m a little irritated I told her I wouldn’t be able to come in due to me starting school was there anyway she could do it later today or some other time mind u I sent her a deposit when I booked a month ago . This lady did not respond it’s 4 hours since she canceled on me she hasn’t sent my deposit or nothing she even blocked me . I’ve reached out to the owner no response !! Bad business never again this lady just ruined my whole day wasted my time money and gas !!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH HER and as im seeing this isn’t her first time doing this according to the reviews she’s giving this shop a bad look !"

"Ghetto the unprofessionalism is tacky & ghetto . i made an appointment with hairbylaceee she flaked 3 times . 1st she didn’t have the hair & wanted to push my time back 2nd time no baby sitter 3rd time just run me back my deposit . sounds like she needs to be working at home in her kitchen unorganized & sloppy straight rude . DO NOT BOOK HERE WASTE OF TIME BOOOOOOOOO !"
