"I'm so saddened to have to write this and absolutely hate and rarely write bad reviews but I totally feel abandoned by this company. I have been going to the fullerton location for years...I refer friends and family there. I speak highly of this company... it started with my hair stylist being sick and refering me to corona. Got my hair done...5 hours later...was very unhappy with it. The blonde highlights, I spent almost a couple years trying to get back from a prior hot pink, was ruined and many pieces didnt look fresh and a lot of brown took place of my blonde when I didnt want that. She was willing to try and fix it but I had a photoshoot to go to and couldn't stay any longer. Tried to stick it out and see if that changed and I could work through it...when I just couldn't, tried to schedule with my original hair person....was ignored and then after pushing...finally heard back to be told she is sick and not doing hair for a while... (I only pushed btw because I called the fullerton salon about scheduling, and the salon never got back to me either...still...2 weeks later.) When she got back to me, she said to reach out to the person who did my hair. So I did and even made it clear I would pay for the correction...never heard back...still almost a week later. I let my original person know...and nothing. Nothing from either one. What's going on? I don't understand how you can just ignore people with no explanation. If u don't want to work with me, help me understand why. This is terrible. I don't even want to write names because I don't want to single out these people and affect their buisness because of the history we have....but I also feel I need to speak up. This isn't right. I really hope that in the future, you find better ways to handle mistakes or people that u may not want to work with. I get the hint. I will be moving on from you. Very sad about it."
