"Dr Patel was friendly and explained everything thoroughly about what was going on and how he wanted to fix certain areas in ways that kept me involved in the process from beginning to end where it was both beneficial and where the problem areas needed worked on. The staff is friendly. Janitiza Elizabeth and Maria were great as well as the dental hygienist that took my X-rays. Great staff and clean office"

"Worst experience with a dental office ever. I came in as a new patient for a cleaning and exam. When x-rays were done, the office staff immediately started talking about a crown I already had. Once in the chair for my cleaning, the hygienist only spent about 10-15 minutes cleaning my teeth. (Every other time I've had my teeth cleaned, it too at least 30 minutes and my teeth felt cleaner afterward) The Dentist was nice enough and after the exam stressed that I needed to replace my crown. When I left the office, they were supposed to call me and let me know how much out of pocket expense the crown replacement would be. I never received a call back even after calling them to follow up twice. Then I received an EOB that the office had billed my insurance in excess of almost $1000 dollars for services that I did not receive. I will never be returning to this dentist and suggest that you take your business to another dentist as well."

"On Thursday 2/7/18 I called Dr. Patel's office (aka Colton Family Dental) at 5:02 because I had an emergency situation regarding our grandson. We arrived at 5:21 and our grandson had his tooth pulled. We were out of there by 6. Dr Patel and his staff were amazing and treated our grandson like the king he is. First, they took him in an emergency situation. Second, saw him and he wasn't even their patient but took him in anyway. Third, they handled the situation accordingly and with ease. My husband and I have been patients of Dr Patel for years and will continue to be loyal patients. These folks deserve a 10 star rating for being such compassionate people. Thank you for taking care of your newest patient, our grandson."

"Amazing service! Best dental experience I have ever had. I needed a root canal done and a filling as well. State of the art equipment and they 3D printed my crown!! I honestly couldn't believe how affordable they were considering the amount of work I actually needed. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff to anyone needing dental work. "Honestly, didn't even get to be serviced. Instead of being diligent, patient & working with me (as I've gone to the same dentist my entire life), the second receptionist dismissed me. I was planning on switching over to this dentistry for good if I liked it. You just lost business for the owner. & I have great insurance. Just saying...I hope Dr. Patel knows who is running his front desk."
