"First of all l have had bad experiences with other Dentist that made me not want to go back or continue with any of the procedures. The moment you walk into Dr.Kon's office you feel welcomed. l was a little nervous at first Sorry l didn't get the dental assistants name that took my X-rays but she was very professional and even made me feel less nervous. Asked if l had any questions she could answer for me. Most importantly she asked if l was ok or if l needed anything. Once Dr. Chuck Kon walked in and introduced himself l knew he was the right Dr/ Dentist for me. First of all l had just had an exam at another office Which l wasn't at all comfortable with. He explained all procedures and explained everything he was checking during my exam. Took his time and l didn't feel rushed out. Most of all and important to me was he didn't make me feel bad about the length of time l hadn't visited a Dentist. I felt he was very honest and would do his best to help me.Thank you Dr. Kon for your understanding and kindness. Also his office stuff is very helpful and try there best to accommodate you."

They were both very kind and explained everything thoroughly. Also, I explained to Dr Kon that I fear the treatments and panic and she said she would do everything in her power to make me comfortable and she did. I highly recommend them!"
