"I showed a photo of the hair I wanted to the hairdresser and she acted like she could achieve the platinum color I wanted. Fast forward 4 hours later and my hair is literally grey. She tells me then that the color I wanted couldn’t be achieved unless there was more bleach involved. Why wasn’t I told this in the beginning? It feels very unprofessional. I wouldn’t have wasted all that time and money if I couldn’t get the results I wanted."
