"I literally don’t remember the last time I wrote a Google review, but I found them on Google with a 4 star rating, and that could not have reflected my experience any worse. Came in for a gel extension removal, they said they could do it and took a nail extension and used it to pry my gel extensions off of my real nail, then implied that the extensions were put on too strong because it couldn’t easily be pried off. If you don’t know, you’re supposed to soak them to soften the gel and use a scraper to lightly take them off. Prying it off rips layers off the nail and if I wanted to rip it off why would I come here and pay them $16 to do that? The prying sensation reminded me of denailing torture methods and was incredibly uncomfortable and because I hate confrontation I let them do their thing. I left the salon with my nails either cut into (because they eventually tried to just cut the gel layer off and cut into my actual nail), cracked from stress and layers off, or with an inconsistent layer of gel on top (sadly preferred) because they spent 35 mins trying to stab them off before giving up because I was pain and just sanding as close to my nail as possible. The two ladies were sweet and gave me a lot of compliments, and I want to, but I won’t be back. Maybe their other services are okay, but if you care about the health of your nails, don’t come here because they don’t seem to have awareness of that. Thankfully most of the nail is still there so it can recover, but no extensions for a while."

"Every time I want to get my nails done the owner says can u come back? Never once did she offer me to stay. So I’m Assuming it’s personal. ?? They only have one person to do nails and women that don't know how to do pedicures. I wont waste my time going there anymore!"
