She took her time and made sure my shape was done well, and that everything would stay on. They also did it all for a low price, given the length and the design. "if I could rate it zero I would customer service was terrible they were insanely rude and very unsanitary theyre files had been used so much they were white and had blood on them. There buff had holes and was torn up. Nails are uneven and I have chunks of acrylic on the sides of my nails. My cuticles were destroyed and so were every area around my nails I was almost at the point of bleeding witch would not be a first for them they were very rude to another customer in the store to. She wanted a color they kept saying “ we’ll do this one” completely ignoring what she said over and over I had also asked for a design and she made it look like chunks and dots of gold and white. I’m never coming back here and I recommend you never put yourself through this. Also one of them was very rough and it felt like she had dug her nail into my skin and it was 35 for a plain white set!!! She had put on gel without me asking and telling her not to and charged me for it!! All these other reviews are bogus."
