"The maintenance staff is one man covering several properties. Whenever there is an issue be prepared to wait for an inexcusable amount of time. The sprayer in the kitchen sink broke and it took two months to have it fixed. Multiple calls about the toilet running and after two visits it STILL runs. Refrigerator wouldn't close and seal properly and when maintenance was called on a Saturday multiple excuses were made in an effort to not have to come out and deal with the issue. He went so far as to threaten there would be a monetary charge to me if he came out to deal with the issue. Instead I had to have someone else come take care of the issue on a temporary basis until maintenance would come out. In addition, the management is very unprofessional. She sends out eviction notices for every little thing and holds over your head that she will throw you out if you do not comply with her whims. Although, she does not take care of the multitude of serious issues in the complex but rather singles out people she has personality conflicts with and continues to bully and threaten them. The "playground" consists of a basket ball goal and a swing set. Very ghetto."
