"I just moved here in November 2022. It is a great place to live. It was an easy process to get in and the manager is awesome as well as the Maitenance person. They are courteous to your needs. It is clean and very well kept and it is very quiet here."

"Lived there in 2016/17. Unless this place has switched hands in staff and management I would never recommend living here unless it was a last resort as it was mine for the cheap rent. This place was a lot even for my chill demeanor. Mice all in the cabinets and walls. Mold in the air vents. Cops and ambulances always in and out for drug and domestic related offenses. As far as staff, make sure and were clothes at all times because maintenance comes in and out without knocking whenever they feel like and DUCK TAPES any leak or problem you put a maintenance request in for. Then there's the lady that takes rent and runs the front office. When I first moved in there was a very sweet older lady that ran the office very well. She let me know that these were salary based apartments when I moved in, but I guess she was a little confused because these actually aren't salary based. She unfortunately had to be put in a home and the lady who took her place is bitter, unfriendly, rude and not professional at all. She calls tentants names if they make a complaint or say anything she doesn't agree with and uses all kinds of foul language. I personally saw and heard from other tenants. When I moved out I gave a nice letter of notice saying I switched jobs and now make above the salary requirements, (the requirements I'd been told previously by sweet former office lady). Who knew I was so wrong, because the reply I got back from the rude office lady was that I was lying about being told it was salary based lol. Seriously the most ridiculous, unprofessional staff and living environment. Stay away."
