"This is senior housing for those 50 and up. I have lived here for about four months. Each unit has a washer and dryer hookups. It was definitely planned for the needs of seniors. The doors all have lever handles to make them easier to use if you have arthritis in your hands. The doors and hall are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair or walker. The toilet is one of the taller comfort ones. Only thing they didn't think through while building the units is the bathtub is a little deeper than normal."
