"As someone who was never fond of going to the dentist, I can genuinely say I actually enjoy coming to see Dr. Chen and his team. From the front office staff, to the dental assistants, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Chen himself, everyone on his team is very polite, kind, and thorough with the work they do. The staff understands how to establish a good rapport with you which makes the experience less intimidating and more comfortable. Typically, I go to Canyon Dentistry mainly for my teeth cleanings, but I also recently went to discuss my TMJ issue a few months back. I appreciated the fact that he explained the issue and my treatment plan in a way that was helpful to me. Since I work in healthcare, I was more interested in the details than a typical patient, but he was able to address all my concerns. If you're going in for a cleaning, the hygienists are very thorough and won't shy away from telling you what's needed to upkeep your oral health. The front office staff are always kind and personable. Often times I'm surprised that they remember some small details we discussed months ago from my previous visit.
