"Updated: 6 yrs later… Decided to try this office again and their billing department still is horrible. The doctor is nice enough but insurance didn’t cover any of my visit and getting approval for my bill to be self paid is a struggle. You can’t talk to anybody in the doctors office in the billing department and they redirect you to the corporate office which none of them are friendly and try to help you. The billing department is horrible. I just received a bill in the mail and the lady is already calling me to make this months payment. She also (for the second time) has left me a message refering to my daughter as a boy. Never going here again."

"When there to day and I’m must say Dominique was a pleasure surprise my experience with her was just amazing she made me feel comfortable secured and at ease and the other nurses and doctors was just great I definitely with be changing my pc there"

"Overall it’s a great place the doctors are wonderful and the nurses thats actually on the floor are great but the nursing supervisor is the worst she has more vacation days then the owners never know what’s going on out on the floor but always have some type of in put without know the full situation never works any weekends or Monday which is not fair she schedules everyone else to work even when there not suppose to just so she can be off she is the absolute worst and need to be looked at she attitude sinks I wish upper management would take a look at what she’s up to behind the scene. As I stated great place overall but will lose staff and patients because of her #make cool springs internal medicine great again get rid of her!!! That’s why I give them 2 stars she brings down the value of a great place"
