"Dr. Gaffino is fantastic! She is a very caring and dedicated professional who takes pride in her work. As a patient who ended up needing extensive work done, I was overwhelmed at first, but quickly trusted her recommendations. I felt very comfortable with the treatment plan as far as pacing, cost and comfort considerations. When I had an emergency situation where a temporary crown came off two hours before a scheduled flight on a Friday afternoon, their office was able to fit me in last minute and Dr. Gaffino personally ensured I was able to have it repaired in the short window of time I had. Debbie at the front desk is great as well. Truly a pleasure coming to this dental office."

"I've been coming here for a few years. The Dr. and staff are very friendly and do good work. The problem is the recent upselling. I've had 3 or 4 crowns done in the past 2 years. The average cost for a crown was approximately $600 or so. This was for a porcelain on metal crown. The other day I went in for a check up and they recommended 2 more crowns. This time though they stated only the Zirconia crown will be offered at a price of $1,400 each. My wife had her first visit the same day and had no issues with her teeth but they recommended $2,000 of services. Unfortunately the wife and I are retired and on a budget and can not afford these prices. Very nice people and good work, but we will have to go somewhere else."

"My initial experience with the practice was very positive over several years for both me and my family. I would have given a 5 star rating in the past. Now it is just another dental office that is run like a car dealership. Attempting to coerce you into additional treatments that second opinions deem unnecessary. Threatening you that your dental insurance will be revoked if you do not comply with their “additional treatments” But completely unable to provide any evidence from your insurance to support their claims. Surprise. When choosing to no longer be a patient suddenly the additional treatments are no longer required? This type of practice is unfortunately not unique. It appears to be the standard of the dental profession at this time. Good luck finding an honest dentist as well as an honest automotive mechanic."
