"This is absolute NOT a good Dental Office for anyone. You will pay lots of extra if you come to this place. The doctor is nice but not the front desk. I didn't give him authorization to use my PPO plan. I was keep asking the front desk from beginning to the end if I can use my Delta Dental USA plan which I purchased from Costco. The answer is yes. So I decided to pay by cash with my Delta Dental USA plan. And I paid full price $690 that the front desk asked for. He said it the price if I don't want to use my PPO plan and I don't own the doctor any thing. He also write ZERO BALANCE on the receipt. But, I found he charged me on my PPO plan after. The front desk Mike He also Charged me $50 as Deductible when I decided to not pay my service without my PPO plan. It's like stealing money from my pocket."
