"Quality has dropped since I started with Dr Peggy. Recent service was deep cleaning and it was done by another doctor than Dr.Peggy. The service was just done in 30 mins total. And I didn’t feel it was deep cleaning even. I felt as if it was regular cleaning. And Due to recent services that I’ve been getting, I decided to move on with another doctor. I still think Dr.Peggy is a good doctor but because her clinic is now bigger They don’t really care about customers satisfaction and that from my experience. When you are a new customer, they make sure you get top quality service, and once you become their regular customer, you will be hit by reality. For me, even though Ive been a customer for the past 5-6 years, it is time to move to better caring doctor, and clinic with high quality services."
