"Love that I found a Dentist close to me BUT this happened - I got a call from this office (thinking they were calling me back after 3 weeks to confirm if they had received the x-rays from my previous dentist) and the receptionist said she wants to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. Mind you I am currently out of the State and I hadn't been in that office since November. So I politely say I never made an appointment for tomorrow. I kid you not she then says "so you're not coming in tomorrow?". So I say well how can I come in if I never made an appointment? She doesn't say oh maybe she dialed the wrong customer or maybe there's a mix-up in their file, she presumes I actually made an appointment and am now not coming in. So I said I actually thought you guys were calling me back from 3 weeks ago to inform me that you received my previous dentists lab results. she said she would have the office manager return my call which the office manager who I spoke to three weeks ago said someone else would call me. I get paid to write reviews but this one I'm doing for free because I think customers shouldn't feel condescending like they're missing an appointment when they never made one to begin with.
