Dr Kim is both skillful and careful, and he always warned me ahead of time to avoid any surprises. This came up in small things like he is going to work on an area that might cause sensitivity, or bigger things like the fallen screw on an old implant (from another dentist) may or may not fit. Dr Kim also always try to give me options to save out of pocket money while patiently taking the time to explain the pros and cons, this way we can make the most informed decisions."
