And I gave magdalena (the stylist ) the benefit of the doubt and thought she misunderstood me. And recently I call her to make an appointment to lighten my hair and she said " no go somewhere else " I WILL BECAUSE OF THE UN PROFESSIONALISM EXUDED BY MAGDALENA HAS LOST THEM A LOYAL CUSTOMER"
