"This is a scam office. They are frauds upselling services you don't need! They stole $1200 from me. When I complained all they did was say oops, it was just an opinion. They don't stand behind anything. All they do is cheat people for unnecessary services. Be especially careful when they lie and say your insurance doesn't cover it. That's because it's likely a bogus service. Go elsewhere for 2nd or 3rd opinion. Run, don't walk away! You'll regret seeing them"

"I’m a hygienist but not at this place. Stay away from this office. They will upsell things you don’t need. Using a cavitron/ultrasonic should not an extra charge for a cleaning. D4355 is a code for gross debridment due to generalized pocketing, bleeding, and build up and to prepare for possible deep cleaning.. They will tell you that you need things when you don’t just to profit the office, it’s a business. I recommend to find another office and have a hygienist to do your cleanings Not the Dentist. My other family member paid a lot for a deep cleaning and the dentist still left a lot of build up left behind. This office will tell you that you need stuff when you don’t need it. Every little spec of cavities they want to fill- but you can hold and keep on watch- not at this place. They want to fill as many things they see to benefit them for their production. If they suggest a deep cleaning/srps, irrigation, cavities to be filled, night guard, gross debridment- you may want to find another office and also get another opinion. I looked at people’s teeth that was diagnosed here and it’s not even close what should be done. They will lie to benefit them. Stay away from Dr. Claudia Posso"

"I'm giving this review not for the procedure I got done. But for the scheduling!!! I got a procedure done in June, and needed more extractions. I need to be put under for these. I was told August it could be done. I called MULTIPLE times and keep being told to wait longer! It's now September! 4 months later and they say " maybe" October!! This is unexpectable!!! Why is it not important?? Can't eat, sleep, or anything. But the kid on phone says maybe October! I'm soppost to except this?? They got me in for my extraction in 3 days before. What seems to be the problem now!!??"

"I was referred to this office for my wisdom extractions and one broken molar, I was a little scared knowing that the treatment would be painful. I also looked up the office reviews and felt a little uneasy but I took upon myself and gave the office a chance and let me just say that I had the best experience. The dentist was so helpful through the whole process and explained everything. Front desk and assistants were really sweet. office was clean and welcoming. Just yesterday I had my oral procedure and everything went smoothly me and my mother who was with me are very satisfied with the services provided. 5 teeth were removed and felt no pain after my procedure I was able to go about my day and even go to work the next day.I was surprisingly still numb the next day and no pain meds were needed! I also received a call from the office to ask about my experience and make sure I was doing okay which is a big PLUS knowing that are you are cared for .
