"Tried to get someone on the phone for two days when I finally did the receptionist hung up on me within the first 6 seconds. Extremely unprofessional, rude and overall uncalled for. Simply could’ve passed the phone to someone else who wanted to do their job all I wanted was for my mother to make an appointment it took me months of convincing for her just to even want to call thanks for this set back."

I had sedated surgery with all teeth pulled and the first appt to medi cal approval and the new teeth was less than a months time. All video and audio recording and is overseen for no chance of misconduct he gives all info for complaints and license reporting so he hides nothing."
