"Over the last four years, service and care has always been good, with one caveat. People always seemed to be under an intense work schedule. In the past, I heard employees expressing frustrations about it, and dentist showing poor bedside manners due to the general stress. However, things have improved as far as courtesy (dentists still treat several patients simultaneously, though). Recently, One of them, who is not part of the team but was contracting his services on that day, was absolutely remarkable as far as the job he did, his attention to patient comfort and his kind, relaxed and friendly attitude. Maybe he was not under the same pressure as the regular team"

"The person that was assigned to polish my teeth prior to having my teeth cleaned, spent no longer than 30 seconds total polishing my uppers and lowers, therefore I was very concerned about the quality of treatment that was to follow, being that I was not impressed with the effort that was put forth during the polishing. However, the Dentist that cleaned my teeth was very thorough and helpful, giving me insightful information on why it is important to floss daily, and she offered brushing techniques, and she was very kind."

"I've had a positive experience so far at this dentist office, with consideration for my dental needs and personal input. However, I feel compelled to give a two-star rating due to concerns. While the office assistant, dental assistant, and dentist have been wonderful, I've noticed that the company pushes for reviews that raises questions about their authenticity. My main disappointment lies with the finance department. I made a payment but never received treatment, and it's been nearly three weeks since the refund process was initiated (supposedly a 3-5 business day timeframe). Last week, when I inquired (as I hadn't received the expected call), I was informed that my account is under review, the initial step in the refund process. This lack of communication is frustrating, and I hope the refund will be processed promptly. But have low expectation that it will take a month before I see this refund."

"I didn’t like the virtual experience with check in and with the actual dentist at the Santa Barbara Office, but they did work with me to get a quick appointment for a root canal so I could end my tooth pain. When I showed up at the Ventura office for my root canal I wasn’t expecting much based off my experience in the Santa Barbara office, but I was pleasantly surprised. The dentist was awesome and so calm. I can’t believe how quick and painless the experience was. I cancelled my daughter’s appointment at the SB office but after the Ventura experience, I will try to get her another appointment. Additionally, the person who was actually there at the SB office and did X-rays was great."
