"Horrible service! My daughter went in for a fill and pedicure asked for the price for a pedicure with gel and was told one price and at check out was charged an extra cost for gel. She got a fill and asked for her nails to be shortened and the lady ignored her. She spoke up again and the lady was filing and said she was doing so then proceeded to speak to her colleagues in another language and then all laughed and looked at my daughter. I had to come back and ask for someone who understands English since the lady doing her nails couldn’t understand my daughters request. This was the worst experience we’ve ever experienced at a nail shop! When a young girl comes in excited for a nail service and is made to feel so uncomfortable in the verge of tears is ridiculous."
