"Terrible service. We made an appointment for 10, got there at 10, and the staff acted confused and annoyed that we were there. They ignored us for ten minutes, and when I asked if we should leave, called in Yvonne from the back, who told us it would be another 15 minutes. We left and went to elite nails, which took us right away. No point in making an appointment if it’s going to be ignored!"
