"STAY AWAY, every 1-star review of this place is unfortunately accurate. I had tried this dental office a handful times in the past 3 years and was met with long wait times and poor cleaning services. I reluctantly decided to give them another shot since part of my permanent retainer had suddenly popped out and I needed a quick fix and normal teeth clean. I was met with the same long, unnecessary wait time when I showed up on time to my appointment. Just an example, the dentist called over the lady taking my x-rays and had her guess the age of the patient he was seeing midway through my x-rays. I also left without a permanent retainer fix (when that was what my appointment was for) and a treatment plan for a deep cleaning that was recommended to me by their dental hygienist. Once I returned home and researched the financing options provided in more detail, I decided against going forward with treatment. I had left the office multiple emails and a voicemail notifying them that I would not be going forward with treatment. I also called them as soon as they opened the next day to verify the cancellation and was met with an insane amount of attitude and gas-lighting from the front desk, essentially trying to bully me into coming in, and blaming me for changing my mind when I have every right to withdraw consent. After this horrid experience I came to Google reviews to share, only to find similar situations that others had experienced with them. Cannot reiterate enough, rude staff, pushy behavior, and not to mention incentivized positive Yelp reviews. I will be going back to my childhood dentist for another opinion, and based on my past and most recent experiences will be staying as far away from this office as I can."
