"I came here to seek sterilization services. I am 31, married, with no children. I've been told "no" since the day I turned 18, but with Dr. Rickman, I was greeted as a friend. He listened to me, my reasoning, and my history without ever rushing me or arguing with me that I might regret it one day. All of the staff members that I interacted with were extremely kind and considerate. They all treated me as a human, as a friend, not as the next patient they were trying to rush though. Dr. Rickman is an incredible doctor, and I am so grateful for his help with my sterilization process. He is laid back, reassuring, and so easy to talk to and trust. He doesn't give off the vibes of the "average" doctor to me. He is much better. He is knowledgeable and cares about what he does. I had my procedure yesterday, and not once did I feel unsafe under Dr. Rickman's care. I will recommend this facility, and especially Dr. Rickman to anyone I can!"

"I previously delivered in another city before moving to Jackson. This clinic they like you to see all the doctors since they work on rotation and depending when you go into labor your doctor may not be available. I have had a pretty good experience overall, I do wish I had just one doctor but overall I did not mind. You can choose to make appointments with whomever you like though. Two of my FAVORITE doctors here are Dr. Rickman and Dr. Micetich. They are so personable and knowledgeable. I feel like I always have something new to worry about during my pregnancy and they answered all of my questions and made me feel so at ease. Highly HIGHLY recommend them!"
