"This is the only place I will take my 11 year old daughter and my Husband. My daughter has a very tender head and even more important my husband has major scalp issues that require a gentle hand and prevent him from ever having clippers/buzzer used on him. Angie was so great with both of them and I was so grateful. Not only that, but I chopped on my own hair a few days ago and needed it fixed and it was my birthday and Angie stayed late to fix it. I am so grateful to have found her and this salon. We are forever loyal customers ❤️."
"Since I can't rate it more than once, I wanted to update my review. 2nd time there: I went back after having tried a salon in Santa Maria that ruined my hair. I can't stress enough how terrible of a job the other place did. I went back to shear after spending 6 months hating my hair and they did such an amazing job! I had spent 6 months unable to wear my hair down because of the terrible cut and hating the color and now I absolutely love my hair! Unfortunately my hair was severely damaged from the other salon, but Shear still did an amazing job fixing the color without damaging it further and with the corrected haircut I now wear my hair down whenever I can. I can't stress enough how much I love this place. 1st time there: Omg this was the single best hair experience of my life. My daughter and I had appointments for cuts & colors, and right when I pulled up car sickness hit her and she vomited all over herself. I walked in with her and explained what happened and long story short, and Kelsey got a robe for my daughter and washed her clothes for us. She made my daughter feel happy and safe as she did her hair and happily chatted with her while doing mine. What easily could have been a ruined afternoon ended up being fun and relaxing and I will never go to another stylist after this. Would rate 6 stars if I could!"
