"I went for the first time to get my nails done as an 18 year old, and I’ve been here before when I was younger. The service definitely has changed… when I went recently I had asked the lady how much it will be and she scoffed at me. I took it lightly and didn’t think of it a big deal. But, when I showed her the nails I wanted she laughed at me which made me extremely uncomfortable. She was rough with my nails and at some point even made me bleed. This took 2 hours and the job was not done well… the color was way off. I asked for a sage green and the color she used was more of a turquoise. She added design to my nails that I did not ask for and charged me extra and expected a tip. So to keep things short since I already wrote a long paragraph, I won’t be going here again."

"I went five years ago, but the prices were getting expensive. I got a pedicure. No complaints. I would have liked a longer foot massage, but you can pay an extra $8 for an additional 10 minute foot massage. I might try that next time."

"Pros: no appointment needed Fast service Cons: not straight cut, language barriers with most of the staff and sometimes they don’t listen to what clients want, they need to clean their color nail swatches and get rid of all the duck tape on them. Prices have gone up. Too thick nails for my taste."
