"I very rarely complain, but this was bad. Incredibly unprofessional, had me go back to the ER to get a code for THEM… while I have pneumonia. When I got there, they were walking out, said it went through, but they couldn’t help me I was too late. Then, in front of me turned to each other and laughed. I couldn’t transfer the one medication they made me go back to the ER to get the code for. Apparently they believe people’s pain is hilarious."

"If I could give it a 0 stars I would. The girls working in the pharmacy are rude, they don't help at all, they make you go back in forth for something so easy when they could have explained it from the beginning. They need to fire them and hire someone with people skills. The men on the other hand are nice and not at all rude. Very bad service and very bad reflection on the pharmacy."

"The pharmacy's reviews are spot on. My doctor sent in a prescription and advised me to check back in an hour for a stronger OTC medication, which didn't need filling as it was prepackaged. After waiting for two hours, I inquired about my prescription, but was told it wasn't ready yet. I returned three hours later and asked again, only to receive the same response from the young lady at the counter. When I asked her to check why it was taking so long (after waiting for 5 hours), she simply replied, "It's not ready yet. There's nothing we can do." Shortly after leaving, I received a notification that my prescription was out of stock. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this pharmacy; it's clear why it has such bad reviews."
